This is Not Poetry! - Pass it on!
25 traveling copies will be given away or left in different places for people to find, read, and pass on.
So far they’re landing in Columbus, Seattle, Washington DC and NYC.
If you receive or find a copy, it’s yours for a while. Read it. Write in it if you want. Then pass it on to someone who
needs it.
Tag me if you spot a copy or end up with one. I want to watch these copies travel.
Stories don’t belong on shelves.
They belong with people.

Elena Koneska
This Is Not Poetry!
Raw. Honest. Unapologetic.
This isn’t a collection of pretty metaphors or abstract musings. This is Not Poetry! is a gutsy, gut-
wrenching, and sometimes hilarious journey through the tangled mess of being human.
About
Elena Koneska was born in the former Yugoslavia and now lives in Ohio, where she writes poetry when she can’t sleep and teaches high school students to question things without losing their minds.
She speaks several Slavic languages and has a weakness for metaphors that take risks. She has not won numerous prestigious awards, such as the Nobel Prize in Literature, the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry, or the National Book Award. When she’s not writing, she’s sipping coffee, hanging out with her dog, or lost in thought. This is Not Poetry! is her first book. The rest were either destroyed or never finished.
